Research questions: 1. How many NCAA D1-D3 programs exist and what do they currently spend on performance analytics? 2. What do semi-pro leagues (USL, MiLB, NAHL) currently use for athlete monitoring? 3. What specific pain points do college strength coaches and athletic trainers have with current tools? 4. What data sources would a mid-market dashboard need to ingest (wearables, GPS trackers, manual entry)? 5. Who are the decision-makers at the college/semi-pro level (athletic director, head coach, S&C coach)? 6. What's the sales motion — direct, through conferences, through associations (NSCA, NASM)? 7. Price sensitivity — what would a D2 school actually pay per month?
